While e-commerce, logistics, and sourcing have been transformed by modern software, product compliance is still stuck in the past. Most teams rely on legacy ERPs, spreadsheets, email threads, and manual work just to keep products legally sellable. As companies scale, compliance turns into a hidden bottleneck - slowing launches, creating risk, and pushing revenue down the line.

Just three weeks after founding Complir, we moved into Flying Tiger’s HQ to sit alongside their product compliance team. Not to pitch. To observe. We mapped real workflows, decisions, and bottlenecks - how they handled parts of the process like labelling and translating compliance text. We didn’t built based on assumptions, we built based on what we saw and heard directly from the people doing the work. Today, those same teams use Complir tailored to their needs.
